A Lady and Her Knight

Hello people!!!  
Okay so this time, I wanted to come up with more Medieval Yugioh/Duelists of the Roses fanart Because DotR needs more fanart, seriously... And there's no fanart of this shipping anywhere, so I'll be the first to do it

So, in the game Ishizu (name only Ishtar in the game) appears as one of Seto's Rose Crusaders and the only female on his group. And I'm already a Trustshipper myself, so this only helps support my theory that they were a couple in Middle Ages as well, because she's on Seto's side and not Yugi's :v 

But anyway, apart from the game, me and my dear friend are planning to do a Medieval Yugioh roleplay, however, we're not going to roleplay in the War of the Roses era, but a few centuries before (12th-13th century) so we could have more liberty to create our own story. But we still wanted to keep the names they use in the game (because they're cool ) So you can say our rolpleay is more like an Alternate Universe. 
But if you want, you can also consider this as a YGO DotR fanart too I also plan on working on a story based in the game and in the War of the Roses.

So, in this version Christian Seto Rozenkreuz is one of the sons of a nobleman and has no right to his father's fortune so he left and became a wandering knight to seek for his own glory and honor, fighting in tournaments to win money and become popular and well known in the kingdom about his strength in battle and abilities. He is arrogant and overconfident about himself and he is also a ladies' man. He usually celebrates his victories in taverns, drinking wine and beer and flirting with cheap women. One day, on his way to a tournament, he meets Lady Isabella, who is bethorted to Henry Tudor Earl of Loxlay and Duke of Suffolk and, is instantly mesmerized by her beauty and, as usual, tries to seduce her, but she is annoyed at his flirty and arrogant personality and she rejects him because he "gets on her nerves" and also because she doesn't appreciate cocky and drunk knights, but deep inside, she hides some admiration for him, and even likes when he teases her, thought she will never admit it to herself. As time goes by, Seto's obsession for her turns into love and she also starts to fall for him because of his looks, his skills and his bravery in battle and the two of them end up having an affair together.

And this is a scene I imagined with them, in one of their secret meetings in the garden. I was thinking this scene to be before he gives her a White Rose (the first symbol of their love) and they almost kiss, but Isabella still feels insecure and stops herself, shyly. He then gives her a white rose and kisses her hand and goes away. 

I'm really satisfied with the background! It was a pain to work on the tree I also added some lightining and shading effects, to make it look like the moon is iluminating the two young lovers. I used Medibang Paint Pro for the lineart and basic coloring and Adobe Photoshop CC for the background and details, using a digital drawing tablet (I finally have one, thank GOD!!!!)

There's going to be more Medieval and Western YGO fanart coming soon, but I'm a very busy person, so it may take a while, so please be patient with me guys! Anyway, I have a nice day
